caroline lo faro
Caroline Lo Faro began her career in the fashion industry. With over 20 years of experience in high-end luxury markets, including positions at Cartier and Piaget, she eventually relocated to Paris, where she served as International PR for the fashion house Emanuel Ungaro.
In this role, she managed the German press for both the Prêt-à-Porter and Haute Couture shows. Following her time in Paris, Caroline moved to New York, where she joined the German Vogue correspondent office.In 2002, she transitioned into real estate development, launching her first building project.Caroline's background in luxury fashion brings a distinctive touch to each project, resulting in homes that are both stylish and unique.No two houses are alike.
Caroline oversees the entire development process, from architectural collaboration and trade coordination to daily site supervision and budget management. She has designed and developed over 14 luxury homes and crafted and sold properties that collectively exceed $50 million in value.

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL OF ADG
Gian Matteo Lo Faro
With over 40 years of experience, Gian Matteo has developed projects exceeding $500 million in value. Notable developments include FlexBox Sarl, a Swiss self-storage company; Loft 5, comprising 272 lofts off Las Vegas Boulevard; and the conversion of the former Ritz Carlton Hotel at 110 Central Park South into 68 ultra-luxury apartments. His portfolio also encompasses luxury single-family homes in Manhattan, Boston, Aspen, Miami Beach, Portofino and Gstaad.
Before starting ADG, Mr. Lo Faro worked in France where he served as Director of Sales and Operations Manager for a $47 million luxury urban timeshare project, and headed marketing communications for a $3.5b division of Schlumberger.
Mr. Lo Faro received a Masters Degree from Columbia University in Real Estate Development and received a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Boston University. He is fluent in English, French and Italian.
